Browsing the public pages
The public pages do not ask for symptoms, health histories, or patient records. We have not installed advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Hosting and security providers may process connection information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the service.
Practitioner resource access
If you request access, Firebase Authentication processes your email address and sign-in information. Your browser stores sign-in state and may temporarily store the email used to complete your access link. The protected service validates your sign-in before returning resource content. Access does not enroll you in marketing or create a directory listing.
Email and independent practices
If you email us, your message is handled in the receiving mailbox. Do not include confidential client or health information. Independent practice websites and scheduling services have their own policies; review those before sending information.
Your choices
You can sign out of the practitioner area, clear your browser’s stored site data, and contact info@vindexai.io to request help with access or deletion of your authentication account. Do not send passwords or access links by email.
